Now in its 30th year of existence, the Chrysler Town & Country shows no signs of slowing down. The 2014 iteration of the vehicle was a huge hit amongst Minnesota families, thanks to its technology features, ample interior space, and driveability, and now the upcoming 2015 Chrysler Town & Country is set to take the minivan throne. Now that a few details have emerged about the vehicle, we can start to get excited about it here at your local Bemidji Chrysler dealership.
In the next few years, Chrysler Group is set to debut several big changes in the minivan market, with the first being the discontinuation of the Dodge Grand Caravan. While this is certainly sad news, it means that the engineers at Chrysler headquarters can focus all their minivan efforts on perfecting the Chrysler Town & Country. The first changes that will be brought to the table for the Town & Country will be a couple of trim level changes in 2015.
The brand new Chrysler Town & Country Platinum will sit at the top of the Town & Country lineup next model year. Set to be a leader in luxury, the Platinum trim will come standard with Nappa leather seating, a dual-screen rear entertainment center, power moonroof, and memory seats. On the other side of things, the low-end 2015 Chrysler Town & Country LX will represent a more affordable option to take the place of the departing Dodge Grand Caravan. Despite it’s affordable sticker price, this vehicle will still carry a bevy of great standard features, such as leather seats, rear Stow ‘n Go seats, and 17-inch wheels.
